Interesting YLEC Chapter in Singapore and Malaysia 2024 I was pleased by the conference's creative research and wide range of perspectives. The vibrant environment, cross-cultural interaction, and thought-provoking conversations had a big influence. Improving Upcoming Meetings Future conferences could benefit from including interactive sessions like workshops or roundtables to encourage deeper engagement and networking. To foster deeper relationships and teamwork among attendees, I think about implementing informal networking events like as coffee conversations conducted virtually or themed receptions.
