Terms and Conditions

Requirements

• Indonesian aged 17-30.
• Able to speak in English at any level, including beginners.
• Open to all academic backgrounds.
• Ought to possess strong leadership abilities, including the capacity to communicate effectively, collaborate with others, and make educated choices.
• Genuine interest in the topic or theme of the Golden Youth Leaders Summit.
• Be able to handle the event's physical and mental demands, which may include lengthy periods of sitting or standing, strolling, talking, and networking.
• Commit to attending the entire duration of the summit.
• Willing to comply with all policies and conditions established by Golden Youth Leaders Summit.
• Never convicted of a crime or associated with a criminal organization.

Fully Funded

Fully Funded Registration Mechanism (For Indonesian Delegate)

• Carefully read the GYLS South Korea registration information in the guidebook at this link bit.ly/GYLSouthKorea2024
• Upload your registration documents and complete the registration form (bit.ly/fullyfundedGYLS)
• It is mandatory to follow the Instagram accounts @goldnationid @gnyouthleaderssummit @gnsocialaction and @youthedutrip.gn
• Upload the twibbon on your Instagram feed. Ensure that your main account is not set to private, as it will be checked by the organizing committee. Don't forget to tag five of your friends.
• Mention 3 of your friends in the comments section of the fully funded poster.
• Share the fully funded poster in 5 of your WhatsApp groups.
• Share the fully funded GYLS poster on your Instagram story.
• Participants are required to pay the registration fee after passing the document selection phase and proceeding to the interview stage.

Partial Funded

Special Funded

Special Funded participants are selected individuals who undergo the Fully Funded selection process but have not yet qualified for full funding. As an alternative, we are offered a Special Funded pathway, which includes a special discount.

To be Special Funded participants, please register yourself on Fully Funded Pathway first.

Self Funded

Self Funded Registration Mechanism (for Indonesian & International Delegate)

• Carefully read the registration details for GYLS South Korea by referring to the handbook available at this link bit.ly/GYLSouthKorea2024
• Upload the required registration documents and complete the registration form (bit.ly/SelfFundedGYLS)
• It is mandatory to follow the Instagram accounts @goldnationid and @gnyouthleaderssummit
• GoldNation will notify you via email at least 10 business days after registration to provide information regarding:
  • Letter of Acceptance (LOA)
  • Further payment guidelines
• Subsequent payments can be made in three installments or as a one-time full payment.
• Registration may close at any time once the quota has been reached.
